"Device not found" or "No hardware connected." Reason: The PA2 uses a specific USB driver that Windows sometimes overwrites. Solution:

Connect an Ethernet cable from the LAN port on your router to the Ethernet port on the back of the DriveRack PA2.

Connect your laptop, tablet, or smartphone to the broadcast by that router.

Go to the official (dbxpro.com). Navigate to the DriveRack PA2 product page . Click on the Downloads tab. Select the latest version for Windows or Mac OS X . Run the installer package and follow the on-screen prompts. For Android and iOS (Smartphones & Tablets)
