This occurs if you haven't placed the printer in Service Mode correctly.

Release the button (continue holding the Power button). Press the Stop button 5 times in succession. Release the Power button.

Click the button located directly to the right of the dropdown.

Turn off your printer using its physical Power button to save the new settings.
