One of the earliest leads I pursued was the connection to library science. I hypothesized that "genlibrusec" might be related to a library or a specific cataloging system. Further investigation revealed that "gen" could be an abbreviation for "general" and "librusec" might be a portmanteau of "lib" (library) and "sec" (security).
