In the "Blob Stores" page, select the blob store associated with the repository you're updating. Click on the "Edit" button next to "Blob Store". In the "Blob Store" dialog box, update the "Location" field with the new library location URL or path.

The physical artifact should first be copied to the new location (e.g., from /libraries/old/ to /libraries/updated/ ) while still leaving the original intact.
