You cannot just download any driver. You need the right one for your use case.
The Sunplus/SC6531E (often labeled SC6531/SC6531E) is a low-cost microcontroller/SoC used in cheap USB devices (card readers, MP3 players, some USB sticks). Drivers and support vary by vendor; most devices use standard USB mass-storage or USB-serial interfaces and therefore work with built-in OS drivers.
